Housing, vegetable food, animal food, energy, land and water. APC delivers all six as a single integrated property — not six separate things you have to source, finance and maintain on your own.

Modular crop bays under a partially transparent roof. Council teams harvest and pack on a continuous cycle.
Ground-supported fish tanks with recirculating water. Species configurable per family preference. Harvest handled by council teams.
Property solar sized to the family's load plus farm allocations. Excess generation credits the family account.
1.5–2 hectares per property. Sub-leased from the cooperative, registered with the Ghana Lands Commission. Renewable.
Shared boreholes, treatment and storage. Greywater recycled through the fish-and-crop loop.
First city rule
APC's first city is reserved for families with a clear education focus and a solid working record. The committee reviews every application against the same standard.
Active or planned commitment to your children's schooling, your own further training, or skills you can bring to the cooperative. We expect applicants to be working on, building toward, or returning to formal education.
Stable employment, trade, business or community contribution. A pattern of doing what you say you'll do. We are not looking for perfect — we are looking for genuine.
The founding committee reviews each registration against criteria A and B. Open-applicant districts follow later once the pilot and education model are operating at scale.
This is the first-city rule, not the forever rule. Expansion districts will accept applications on broader criteria once the education-first model has proved itself.

Registrations are reviewed by the founding committee. We'll be in touch when the next application window opens. No money is taken at this stage.
